A Fortify Health Group Company

Two nurses working in aged care, mental health and emergency started training at a private college, seeing the limitation provided by that college, these two nurses envisioned students trained to a high standard and made work ready and easily employable. They wanted to ensure only the best work with the most vulnerable members of our community. These nurses set out to create their vision and Queensland Health Academy was born. Not only is it owned by nurses but it exclusively employs nurses as trainers, assessors and facilitators.

Queensland Health Academy is an NDIS and NIISQ Registered Provider.

At Queensland Health Academy, we’re committed to encouraging both staff and students to continuously create, grow and learn. Our programs reflect this commitment, as well as the diverse backgrounds and cultures of our trainers assessors and students alike.
