Clinical placement is a very important part of your training!

Queensland Health Academy is able to partner with Registered Training Organisations and offer placement. Please contact us to discuss your placement options.

Depending on the stream of study you will be able to do placement at either one of our aged care providers or with our own disability support service.

Placement is facilitated by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Facilitator who will assist you in meeting your practical and training goals!

Our facility partners are known for excellent staff satisfaction and amazing care outcomes for their residents.

Our placement locations include:

• Waterford (Logan)
• Redlands
• Brisbane North

Our placements are pre-booked when you sign up to our programs of study!

We recommend students treat the placement as an interview. Many of our students are offered work at the end of their placement.
